The Fraud of Minton Burton Foster and Collins

10 Hour Conference to hammer out A settlement agreement, present were 5 attorneys, John Foster (Minton Burton Foster and Collins), Joe Milner (the Milner Law Firm) attorneys for Samantha Lowry, Susan Lowry and John Lowry. Also present Roy Barrera representing Daniel
Forest Nelson and Mark Ray Hernandez (MRH) for Raul and Guadalupe (since they were included in the agreement)

This is extremely important since, the agreement was also made and reached by all the attorneys on both sides. Samantha Lowry and her Father John Lowry were also present and all fully agree to the Settlement agreement contract and all the clauses. Reason why this conference lasted 10 hours!

The Bill describes fully what happened that day which was when attorneys on both sides reached an agreement for all the legal proceedings to start from the beginning. Samantha Lowry will waive and renounce to all she had won illegally and by fraud and deception.

Especially since the attorney firms of Samantha Lowry ( Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton Firm, The Milner Law Firm and Jeremy Morley) and the Lowry Family had made impossible the return of Daniel and Sebastian to Austin Texas and even witheld their travel documents and placed restrictions to obtain any to make impossible for Daniel to appear in court, but also, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton Firm, The Milner Law Firm, Jeremy Morley and the Lowry Family sue the parents of Daniel OUT OF JURISDICTION and without notice or service to keep them secret.

Simply all will start from the beginning for everything and all to have DUE PROCESS of law where all parties could be heard and be present in Court, but most important, in the best interest of Sebastian.
